About Exchange Notebook

Exchange Notebook publishes plain-English guides to crypto exchanges for readers in Australia and South Africa. The guides are written by Exchange Notebook Editor.

How we check facts

• Fees, rules and reward terms are checked against the exchange's own fee pages, help centre and terms, and each article lists its sources and the date they were checked.
• Regulatory status is checked against regulator websites where possible, such as AUSTRAC, ASIC and the FSCA.
• If we cannot verify a number, we do not publish it. Promotions change often, so we link you to the live terms instead of quoting headline bonus amounts.
• When something changes, we update the article and its "Updated" date.

How this site is funded

Some articles contain referral links. If you sign up through one and trade, the site owner may receive a commission from the exchange. This does not change the fees you pay, and it does not change what we write about risks or regulation. See the full disclosure.

What this site is not

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any exchange. We do not give personal financial, tax or legal advice. This site is not aimed at people in countries where the exchanges discussed do not offer their services.
